It's good to see somone stand up for themself in a well thought out manner. I personaly never saw your icon but I see no justifiable reason why it should have been banned outside of the general ignorance that most people here seem to expell in bucketfulls. Even if it makes little difference you have my support in this manner.

Excellent statement against censorship. I am TOTALLY against any form of censorship. The main theme of one of my deviations was "Speak no evil, see no evil, hear no evil, and never know what evil is."

The thing is, we cannot form objective opinions about things we cannot see. It appears that the media wants us to form opinions about dismemberment rather than a woman's breasts. And then everyone gets their panties in a wad when some kid shoots up his school. WOW! Did you think maybe it was because the balance of what he's been watching on that all-american god, the TV, has been skewed. When are we going to see beauty and not violence? Why can't they coexist? After all, sheltering your kids will only lead to ruin.

Well the only thing I see here is irony on the DA administration's side, they banned your avatar that was against censorship. The un artful use of the female and male genitals are the thing in question here, and to my eyes they seem distastful. That's not to say that I am right or wrong, or that you are right or wrong. It's just that you're not the deciding factor here, the administration is. Personally, I do not find your crusade to hold any value, because the rules in place are set and are interpreted by the administration, you broke the rules in their eyes. So just get over it and move on.

I too am glad you did this, it was a good commentry on what's going on around us... people need to face the things in here some time or another, so why not here? pretty dodgey that this got censored, but when you live in this world long enough you come accept a lot of shit that there's nothing you can do about =/ you achieved something, and for while it lasted it was great, now you've just got to do different great things
